§ Mr. HanleyPurchase of land is carried out on an opportunity basis once a landowner has indicated a willingness to sell a particular area of land. Similarly, we do not maintain a record of the area of land we expect to dispose of as changes in site boundaries often occur before a property or piece of land is finally sold.
