Most of these payments are made centrally on a United Kingdom basis through the Intervention Board Executive Agency and no record of such payments is maintained on a territorial basis. Identifiable receipts for 1991–92 amount to some £60 million. 2 Based on mid-year population estimates. From 1994 onwards, Structural Funds allocations to Northern Ireland will be governed by a new Community Support Framework. It will be some months before the expenditure under the various headings will be known.
