§ Mr. Charles WardleInformation about illegal entrants, overstayers and those working in breach of their immigration conditions may be available from records held by the immigration and nationality department. Those responsible for the enforcement of the immigration law also receive information from the police, for other Government Departments and agencies, and from members of the public.
