Whether they will place in the Library of the House a summary of the evidence laid before the courts in Germany by the Federal Prosecutor, implicating Mr. Kazem Darabi, an Iranian Secret Service officer, in the murder of Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Sarafkandi, General Secretary of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan, and three of his colleagues in Berlin on 19th September 1992.
