§ Mr. BaldryShelter has received grants under section 73 of the Housing Act 1985 of £422,000 in 1990–91; £916,500 in 1991–92, and £995,500 in 1992–93, to provide specialist homelessness advice to citizens advice bureaux outside London and an emergency homelessness telephone advice service in London. These payments represented 21 per cent., 20 per cent., and 17 per cent. of the funds allocated for section 73 schemes around the country in each of those years.
