§ The Prime MinisterI have had no such discussions with Lord Owen during the past two weeks. At the Group of Seven economic summit in Tokyo on 7–9 July, 1 and other Heads of Government reaffirmed that sanctions will be upheld against Serbia and Montenegro until the conditions in the relevant Security Council resolutions on the former Yugoslavia are met.
