§ Mr. BowisChild health services are among the topics selected this year for the regional reviews which the national health service management executive will be undertaking of health authorities' performance. Where appropriate, authorities will be reminded of the evidence which shows that children are calmed and comforted by the presence of parents during the administration of anaesthetics.
