§ Ms HarmanTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will estimate the amount currently owed in uncollected tax by individuals against whom the Inland Revenue is taking legal proceedings or has proceedings outstanding; and if he will disaggregate that estimate into the amount owed by(a) those currently residing in the United Kingdom and (b) those currently residing abroad in (i) other EC countries, (ii) OECD countries other than the EC and (iii) all other countries.
