§ Mr. Michael ForsythIn the six-month period from 1 January 1993 a total of 18 written complaints have been received. During this time, 55,338 telephone inquiries from members of the public were dealt with by the enquiry point. Most inquiries are addressed to the Health and Safety Executive area offices.
