asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the group of countries which have signed an agreement concerning the international sale of missiles have undertaken any commitments concerning the use of missiles in situations where United Nations Security Council Resolutions do not call for or permit the use of force.

There is no signed agreement concerning the international sale of missiles. Member states of the United Nations are required to comply with the terms of all United Nations Security Council Resolutions and to adhere to the provisions of the United Nations Charter.
