§ Mr. YeoThe latest statement of Government policy for radioactive waste management is set out in chapter 15 of the 1990 White Paper "This Common Inheritance", and updated in chapter 14 of the 1991 first anniversary report and chapter 15 of the 1992 second anniversary report. Spent advanced gas-cooled reactor fuel is not a waste but a resource which may be reprocessed.
