§ Mr. BarnesTo ask the President of the Board of Trade what steps he has taken to bring disqualification proceedings in the case of the move of Logic Control Systems Ltd of Clowne, Derbyshire into liquidation or to make an application under section 7(2) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 for leave to extend the period for taking such disqualification proceedings.
