asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether Dr. Biro, the UN special rapporteur for human rights in the Sudan, is being given access to all parts of that country; and when they expect to receive further information from him.

Dr. Biro has not yet begun his visit to Sudan but is expected to do so in the near future. We have told the Sudanese Government that we expect him to have free and unlimited access in the Sudan.
