§ Mr. McLoughlinI was pleased to be able to grant a Telecommunications Act licence on 28 June 1993 to Comment Cablevision Worcester Ltd. to install and run a broadband cable service in the Worcester, Redditch and Droitwich area. I look forward to the licensee offering the residents of Worcester and surrounding areas a wide range of TV and other telecommunications services.
