§ Mr. Douglas HoggNATO enforcement of the no-fly zone over Bosnia-Herzegovina began on 12 April. Between then and 23 June—the latest date for which United Nations reports are available—NATO fighters intercepted 28 violators in total, on the following dates —one violator on each date unless otherwise indicated:
