§ Mr. Sainsbury[holding answer 30 June 1993]: RECHAR is part of European regional development fund and European social fund expenditure under the European structural funds. Any estimate of the level of sterling receipts in 1993–94 would be subject to the uncertainties referred to in the replies given by my right hon.
