§ Mr. DorrellSince November 1992, an estimated £100,000 has been spent on market testing. This includes the cost of support for the in-house teams and other consultancy work, but not the costs of the in-house teams themselves. The majority of this expenditure is in respect of the 1992–93 market-testing programme which covers some £4 million of in-house provided services.
