§ Mr. AtkinsThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I am advised by its chairman that the Executive does not maintain a register of homeless persons. However, the number of applicants accepted as being either homeless or threatened with homelessness since 1 April 1989 when the homelessness provisions of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order came into effect is as follows:
