§ Sir Hector Monro[holding answer 24 June 1993]: One of the tasks of the forestry review group, announced by my right hon. Friend on 30 March 1993, is to make proposals for changes which would improve the effectiveness of the delivery of the Government's forestry policy objectives, including community forests.
