§ Mr. Robin SquireThere has been no reduction in the standard spending assessment for Tower Hamlets for 1993–94 due to that authority assuming responsibility for the whole of Victoria park. The boundary change giving effect to the change in responsibility is not intended to take place before 1 April 1994.
