§ Mr. HeseltineI have received a copy of the report of the code monitoring committee that, under the chairmanship of Sir Kenneth Clucas, has been monitoring the operation of the Association of British Insurers code of practice for the selling of general insurance. I am grateful to Sir Kenneth and his committee for their work. I shall be discussing the report with the Association of British Insurers.
