§ Mr. DafisTo ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will make it his policy to propose amendments to the proposals to establish a multi-lateral trade organisation set out in the draft final act of the Uruguay round of the general agreement on tariffs and trade to secure(a) explicit commitments to the protection of the environment and incomes of the poor in third-world countries and (b) revisions to the disputes procedures enabling increased accountability of panel members.
