§ Mr. BaldryThe planning inspector's formal report of the local inquiry, held on 8 to 11 September last year, was submitted to my right hon. and learned Friend at the beginning of this month and is being considered urgently. Unless there are unforeseen difficulties, my Department expects to issue the appeals decision within eight weeks of receiving the inspector's report.
