§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe work of dualling the A11 between Newmarket and Four Wentways was halted when the contractor, Lilley Construction Limited, went into administrative receivership. The receiver has received a number of offers from interested firms to complete the work. Until those negotiations are complete it is too soon to say when work can resume. The contractual completion date of the end of 1993 can still be met.
