§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the President of the Board of Trade what communications have been sent to local authorities from his Department concerning changes to the detailed emergency planning zones in areas adjacent to nuclear installations.
§ Mr. Eggar[holding answer 25 January 1993]: There have been no recent changes in detailed emergency planning zones or resulting communications with local authorities. These zones are however kept under continuous review by HSE's HMNII as part of the licensing process for nuclear installations.
