§ Mr. Steven NorrisThe circumstances surrounding the loss of the Pescado have been investigated by the marine accident investigation branch. Action on the seven recommendations made by MAIB is being urgently pursued. The Ministry of Defence provided details of warship movements in the area from 25 February to 5 March 1991. Two submarines were in surface transit during that period.
