§ Mr. Neil Hamilton[holding answer 25 January 1993]: The Insolvency Service, acting on behalf of the Secretary 647W of State for Trade and Industry, has responsibility for considering reports made by insolvency practitioners on the conduct of directors of failed companies to determine, with advice from lawyers as appropriate, whether it is expedient to bring disqualification proceedings. This process, with regard to Logic Control Systems Ltd, is continuing.
