To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to his answer of 11 January,Official Report, column 573, if he will take steps to introduce a DFE grant for new projects to meet the education needs of the ethnic minority population of all ages.

No. My right hon. Friend has no plans to introduce a separate DFE grant for new projects to meet the educational needs of the ethnic minority population.
