§ Mr. YeoLocal authorities, national voluntary organisations, child care providers in the private and voluntary sectors and other relevant organisations were sent copies of the recommendation 92/241/EEC on 11 January together with the Department's further guidance on the day care provisions in the Children Act—LAC (93)1. Copies of the recommendation and the guidance are available in the Library.
