§ Mr. Morgan
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales for what length of time the Central Office of Information will carry responsibility for his Department's printing and publicity contracts; and if he will place a copy of the letter of arrangement with COI covering the delegation of power to place his Department's contracts in the Library.

§ Mr. David Hunt
We will be reviewing the arrangements during 1993–94 and will change them if value-for-money and managerial considerations suggest that that is the right course.
The relationship with COI is a long-standing one. The extent to which COI is used is a matter for administrative decision rather than specific contract.
