§ Ms. QuinTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) what discussions she has had with representatives of EC member states and the European Commission on the proposed Council directive on the application of the laws of the member states relating to certain employment relationships with regard to working conditions; and if she will make a statement;
(2) what discussions she has had with representatives of the EC member states and the European Commission on the proposed Council directive relating to certain employment contracts and employment relationships involving distortions of competition; and if she will make a statement.
