Mr. Worthington

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what would the average Scottish Homes rent have been if rents had increased only by the rate of inflation in every year since the establishment of Scottish Homes; and what is average rent of Scottish Homes for 1992–93;

(2) what is the amount in cash and real terms by which Scottish Homes has raised its average rents since its establishment;
