To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will provide figures to show the outturn at(a) 1988–89 prices, (b) 1991–92 prices and (c) cash prices for the urban programme in the valleys programme area, excluding expenditure on National Garden Festival, for each year from 1988–89 to 1992–93.
