Mr. Alexander

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to her answer of 17 December 1992,Official Report, column 412, what was the percentage increase in the cost of publishing the British National Formulary in 1991–92 compared with 1990–91; and what the figure was in real terms using (a) the price index for NHS medicines and (b) the retail prices index.
