§ Mr. Garel-JonesThe provisions of international law governing the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice to adjudicate on questions arising on international agreements, such as the decision concerning Denmark agreed at the Edinburgh European Council, are set out in the statute of the International Court of Justice, annexed to the UN charter and in particular chapter II.
