§ Mr. Clifton-BrownTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will now make a statement of the Government's detailed intentions to implement the measures to tackle problems caused by new age travellers announced by him in October;
(2) what conclusions he has reached from his consultations with chief officers of police and others on the desirability of amending section 39 of the Public Order Act 1986.
