§ Mr. AtkinsThe design of the forms required for the renovation grants scheme is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive which is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the scheme.
However, I understand from the chief executive that the initial grant application form, known as a preliminary inquiry form, has recently been redesigned as a feature of the new grants scheme introduced to Northern Ireland on 1 October 1992 under the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.
