§ Sir Wyn RobertsTransport grant approval has been given for a start to be made in 1994–95. The scheme is expected to take approximately two and a half years to complete. The precise start date will be a matter for Clwyd county council to determine following the transport grant settlement for 1994–95 which will be announced towards the end of the year.
