§ Mr. BaldryThe level of local authority housing capital expenditure in Sandwell in 1993–94, and priorities within the capital programme for that year, are matters for the council to decide in the light of available resources. Sandwell's housing investment programme allocation for 1993–94 is £21,554,000. Further resources for 1993–94 could be made available to Sandwell from housing special programmes.
