§ Mr. McAllionTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish details of which local authorities have benefited during 1991–92 and 1992–93 from the additional £15 million capital allocation made to enable local authorities to tackle homelessness; and if he will detail the homelessness initiatives which the allocation has led to with a breakdown of how the allocation has been distributed between(a) the local authorities and (b) the specific homelessness initiatives.
