§ Mr. BoswellIn April responsibility for funding the long-term residential colleges in England, including the cost of student maintenance, will pass to the Further Education Funding Council for England and responsibility for funding Coleg Harlech in Wales will pass to the Further Education Funding Council for Wales. It will be for the councils to decide on the most appropriate system of funding student maintenance.
