§ Mr. CurryYear by year comparisons can best be made by reference to results from a constant sample of farms. The following table shows indices of net farm income in nominal and real terms for each year from 1982–83 to 1992–93 on farms in the United Kingdom's less favoured areas and estimated income levels for the latest available constant sample. The information given takes no account of the impact of the recent green pound devaluations. Sheep farmers in the less favoured areas can expect an additional total subsidy of at least £1.80 per ewe in respect of 1992.
§ Mr. GummerThe following table lists the organisations which have formal representation on each advisory body given in the annual "Public Bodies" publication, the latest edition of which relates to 1991 and is available from the Library of the House.
