§ Mr. David HuntNo. The Welsh Consultative Council on Local Government Finance (WCCLGF) is the appropriate forum for discussion of the distribution of revenue resources between local authorities in Wales. I chaired a meeting of WCCLGF on 12 January at which the position for 1993–94 was discussed.
