Mr. Andrew Smith

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list (i) Britain's official flows to developing countries, broken down into official development assistance and other official flows in 1991, (ii) Britain's private flows to developing countries, broken down into private export credit, direct investment, bank lending and voluntary agencies, in 1991 and (iii) the percentage shares of gross national product for net overseas development aid and total flows to developing countries in 1991.
