§ Mr. Peter LloydWe have received a number of representations about future levels of section 11 funding from hon. Members, local authorities and representative organisations, individual schools and colleges, professional associations and other interested bodies such as racial equality councils. My right hon. and learned Friend and I regret that in the present economic circumstances it is not possible to sustain throughout the next three years the level of expenditure that had earlier been planned.
