§ Mr. Roger FreemanDiscussions are to be held between BR, independent transport consultants and the Health and Safety Executive on the scope for accommodating piggyback freight on some of BR's existing lines. They will be considering the engineering, cost and safety implications of using redesigned wagons and enhancing height clearances on some lines.
