§ Mr. BoswellIn November 1989, there were some 222,000 enrolments of students aged 19 and over on courses in adult institutions and further education colleges maintained by the Inner London education authority. In November 1991, the corresponding figure for institutions maintained by the inner London boroughs or funded through the London residuary body is provisionally estimated as 202,000.
