To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will set up an inquiry into the administration of the company pension fund of the National Welsh Bus Company.

Miss Widdecombe

An independent trustee has been appointed to the National Welsh Omnibus scheme, as required by the Social Security Act 1990, and is taking the steps necessary to safeguard the pension position of members.
