§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSources for the provision of equipment have been identified. The specification and frequency acceptability of the telecommunications equipment is still being cleared with the Food and Agriculture Organisation co-ordinator and the Madagascan authorities. As soon as these matters are formally cleared procurement of all the equipment will be undertaken and the associated training input put in hand.
