§ Mr. SackvilleForty-one organisations requested section 64 funding from the Department of Health Aids614W unit in 1992–93, and 32 in the previous year. The total amount requested was £4.172 million in 1992–93 and £4.161 million in the previous year.
The following organisations received section 64 funding in 1991–92 and 1992–93: AIDS Ahead, AIDS and Housing Project, ACET, Aled Richards Trust (91–92 only), Barnardos, BHAN, Blackliners, Body Positive, CARA, Frontliners (91–92 only), Globe Centre, ISDD, Landmark, London East AIDS Network, London Lighthouse, LVSC, Mainliners, Mildmay Mission, National AIDS Trust, National AIDS Manual (92–93 only), NAZ project (92–93 only), Positively Women, SCODA, Streetwise Youth, Strutton Ground Housing Association, Terrence Higgins Trust, Turning Point.
The unit distributed £1.987 million in 1992–93 and £1.892 million in 1991–92.
The total amount of money available for all projects from section 64 was £17.8 million in 1992–93 and £15.855 million the previous year.
